Mnemonic:-

Fallacy
a mistaken belief; a misconception resulting from incorrect reasoning
Example:-
Many people allege that ghosts and spirits appear to them, but I believe its all a fallacy.
Mnemonic:-
first three letters of d word fallacy n first 3 letters of false i.e. "fal" r same....so fallacy indicates something false....

Fawn
to flatter or praise excessively.
Example:-
It is so annoying how she fawns all over him.
Mnemonic:-
a FAN tries to gain favor by flattery 

Fervent
greatly emotional or zealous.
Example:-
He had a fervent desire to see her again  
Mnemonic:-
fervent/fervid both can be remembered by February -specifically Feb14 when youngsters are quite emotional regarding V-Day.

Filibuster
a tactic for delaying or obstructing legislation by making long speeches. 
Example:-
The bill did not win enough votes to break a filibuster.
Mnemonic:-
fili buster = block - buster(usually action films are block buster hit movies).....therefore block action by making long speeches.

Fulminate
criticize severely; denounce thunderously.
Example:-
Known for his "fire and brimstone" sermons, the preacher fulminated against sinners and backsliders, consigning them to the flames of hell.
Mnemonic:-
full + humiliate :- When a person is criticized severely, he gets full humiliation.

Furtive
marked by quiet and caution and secrecy; stealthy; sneaky
Example:-
The furtive spy glanced surreptitiously at him.
Mnemonic:-
sounds like fugitive. Fugitive has to leave furtively.
